After weeks of preparation and artists working at great heights, the new artworks of 'The Crystal Ship' street art festival in Ostend (West Flanders) are finally ready. The revamped trail has been officially unveiled, and residents and visitors can be seen across the port city admiring the series of new murals.
What began in 2016 with 12 murals is now the largest collection of works in public spaces in Europe. This year, the collection was expanded with more than 20 new works, bringing the total number of large murals in Ostend to over 100.
The completion of the works was celebrated with a big festival last weekend
