King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain were in Brussels this week. Together with Filip, King of Belgians, and Queen Mathilde, they opened the EUROPALIA ESPAÑA arts festival. Over the coming months, the festival will put Spain in the spotlight. There are around one hundred events spread across Belgium. One of these is Luz y Sombra, a big exhibition at the Bozar in Brussels, which has just opened. Report: Joris Vergeyle.
