For the second time in less than a week a Molotov cocktail has been thrown at a house in the Brussels municipality of Sint-Agatha-Berchem. The incident took place on Sunday night in the Egide Winteroystraat. VRT News sources report that the house had previously been targeted last Thursday night.
On Sunday night a petrol bomb was thrown at the façade of a house on the Egide Winteroystraat in Sint-Agatha Berchem. The identity of the person or persons that carried out the attack is as yet unknown. A resident of the house was able to extinguish the fire quickly and no one was injured.
It was the second time in less than a week that the house had come under attack. The first incident occurred last Thursday night. The perpetrators fled the scene and are currently being sought by police. The public prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation into the attacks.
