Bruges to clamp down on large groups of tourists

Bruges is Belgium’s second most visited tourist destination.  The cobbled streets of the medieval city centre are often choc-a-block with visitors and the babble of many tongues.  It’s especially large groups that are a source of irritation to locals.  They block the streets and people have a hard time making their way around.  Bruges city authorities now plan new measures to limit the disruption.
