Volvo Car Ghent gears up for production of popular, electric (and Chinese) Volvo EX30

At Volvo Car Ghent, the first Volvo EX30 rolls off the production line at the end of April. Over the past few years, the plant has been pulling out all the stops to prepare to produce the popular electric SUV in Belgium.  The production is a boost for the 6,500 people at work at the plant and more workers are urgently needed. VRT News takes you inside the Ghent car factory for a look.  Currently it’s the only carmaker that is managing to survive in Belgium. Report: Tijs Neirynck.
