The drugs and weapons were discovered yesterday by a municipal worker.  They were found in a flat on the De Rooverelaan in Molenbeek. The flat is located in an empty building containing social flats that were to be renovated soon.

According to the Brussels prosecutor's office, four weapons and a large quantity of drugs were discovered. Nothing is officially known about the nature of the weapons just yet, but several media are reporting that they are military grade weapons.

The police promptly arrived at the scene and confiscated everything. Investigators hope to establish who left the drugs and weapons at the flat soon.
