‘It’s not every day that an institution celebrates its 600th anniversary,’ says Rector Luc Sels. ‘It is thanks to all our colleagues that we can celebrate this anniversary.’
The in-house version given to staff members includes questions in several categories, but all are linked to Leuven University. The six categories are: a who's-who of students past and present, special university facts and four science categories compiled by KU Leuven researchers.
A team of editors, copywriters, university experts and professional quiz experts collaborated to summarise the 600 years of the university’s history in 330 questions. The special edition of Trivial Pursuit is on sale in Leuven from next week.
