One of the 51 young people concerned, a 17-year-old boy, took the case to the Council of State in the hope of getting the decision overturned through an emergency procedure. However, the Council of States’ auditor said that the urgency of the boy’s request has not been demonstrated. He recommended rejecting the teenager’s request.
The auditor’s advice has been followed by the Council of State that made its ruling on Tuesday afternoon.
