Last Monday was the final night of VRT fundraiser the Warmest Week. It was an evening when all the stops were pulled out with a performance by Oscar and the Wolf and a DJ set with top DJ Dimitri Vegas. More than 25,000 people had gathered outside the studio on the Zand Square in Bruges.
Especially when Dimitri Vegas played ‘All I want for Christmas’ by Mariah Carey, the ultimate Christmas hit, the crowd brought the roof down. When Vegas mixed a solid techno beat under the song, the crowd really went wild.
On Tuesday, Dimitri Vegas shared a video of the remix on Instagram that was spotted and even shared by the Christmas star.
The video picked up more than 260,000 hearts and over 2,200 comments including four and a share from Mariah Carey.
