A specialised unit found the drugs hidden in several containers that roused their suspicions at the private port of Caacupé-mí in the Paraguayan capital, Asunción.

According to the Paraguayan authorities "more surprises may turn up soon." No suspects have been arrested as yet. The cocaine is said to have a street value in Europe of 220 million euros.
