Flights at Brussels Airport are back to normal this morning following delays and some cancellations due to the exceptional snow in Belgium and other parts of Europe.
Yesterday evening cancellations still dogged the schedule while delays were more numerous than usual. These problems have now been sorted. Overnight workers toiled to free up runways removing all the snow and ice. Planes have been treated to avoid the formation of ice.
