Today is the last day members of the public can register for the Belgian government’s new one-year state bond via the Belgian debt agency. Investors should head to the agency’s website. People investing via one of the 13 participating banks can still register tomorrow. The monies raised so far have turned the present operation into the biggest financial operation ever in Belgium.
